Yes — we’re proudly based in Texas. All orders are packed and shipped within the U.S. for fast, reliable delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically leave our facility within 2–3 business days.
Standard delivery within Texas: 2–4 days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number straight to your inbox.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we’re currently focused on serving our U.S. Brotherhood first.
Global shipping is coming soon.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Once an order ships, it can’t be modified or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every piece we make. You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your gear — as long as it’s unworn, unwashed, and still has the original tags.
If it’s not right, we’ll help you make it right.
Can I exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes — your first exchange is on us (U.S. orders only).
We’ll cover the return label so you can get the fit you deserve.

Do you accept returns on limited drops or Vault items?
No — limited drops and Brotherhood Vault releases are final sale.
Each piece is forged in scarcity and meant to be earned, not returned.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll see your refund in 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs aren’t refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Reach out to us at support@kpgngbrand.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Send your order number and a few photos — we’ll replace or refund it, no runaround.
