Orders leave our facility within 2–3 business days.

Items must be:

- Unwashed
- In original condition

Can I exchange my KPGNGBRAND order for a different size?

If your size isn’t right, we’ll exchange it so you can get the correct fit.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We fix it immediately. No friction.

How do I start a return or exchange?

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
After that window, returns are no longer eligible.
Can I return worn or used items?
No.
Returns are only accepted for items that are unworn and unwashed.
We don’t operate like fast fashion.
Every piece is made with intention—we expect the same.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, we cover it.
If it’s a standard return, you may be responsible for return shipping.
Are limited drops eligible for returns?
Limited drops are produced in small batches.
Unworn items are still eligible for return within 30 days.
Once worn, they are considered final.
No restocks. No shortcuts.
