WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number for confirmation. Please note your tracking number will be updated once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system. 

 Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at the time of order. KPGNGBRAND will ship orders to the addresses provided at check out. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE PUTTING THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR YOUR ORDER.

Orders cannot be cancelled once packages have been shipped.

Apparel  Exchange Policy – All Sales Final on Other Items

We appreciate your business and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us meets your expectations.

All Sales Are Final (Except for Apparel Exchanges)

All purchases made through KPGNGBRAND are considered final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products or services. However, we do allow exchanges on apparel items under specific conditions.

Apparel Exchanges

If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for size or color changes of the same item. If the desired size or color is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Limited to one exchange per order—multiple exchanges on the same item are not permitted.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Items with any signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or alterations will not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service -  returns@kpgngbrand.com - within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
