This November, there was a bit of a hiccup on my November 2023 weight loss journey. Despite that, I have been committed to staying consistent with my eating, workouts, and daily caloric and macronutrients.

Monthly Weigh In for November
I weighed myself, and my current weight was 341 - 345 pounds.
Workouts in November
November workouts were consistent, and I was able to increase my progress. The progress also included increasing my deadlift to 270 pounds.
Getting me closer to 300 pounds again since my shoulder issue. As mentioned in my 2nd blog post, Back to the Basics: Doubt, Determination & wanting to Quit.
Thanksgiving Updates 2023
This Thanksgiving, I spent time with my family. One of the recipes I made was a Zucchini Lasagna.
There was plenty of food, family, and memories made. Despite the celebration, I continued to focus on my health.
I weighed myself on Nov 26th and noticed I had gained 348. At first, I was a bit disappointed. Still, I know that I will need to understand that this was due to my eating and my weight fluctuating because I overate. This was an issue I had in the past because eating was my comfort.
December Fallout
In December, I was a bit under the weather, so I had to Limit my gym workouts. This was no excuse. I failed to train and plan appropriately during the last month. I know I must continue my weight loss journey in the coming year.
What is Next for my Weight Loss Journey
Despite this weight gain, I will continue my weight loss journey and focus on several things.
Coming 2024 - What Does The New Year Bring?
This upcoming year brings a lot of new opportunities. There are a couple of things that I look forward to, including the following:
- Focus on lowering my body fat %
- Progressive overload to increase muscle growth and strength
- Adding new winter gear for January 2024
